Return and Cancellation Policy
For product purchased directly from Orbit’s website (staging-store.orbitonline.com), Orbit® will refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs) of any item returned in new, unopened condition within 30 days of ship date. Items must first receive a return merchandise authorization number (RMA). To initiate the refund process, please log in to your Orbit Webstore Account, select from previous orders the items you would like to return, the reason for return and a brief explanation. Return shipping costs will be covered by the customer and will not be refunded unless the return is the result of an error by Orbit.
To cancel an order after it has been placed, return to your account page and view orders. From there you will have the option of cancelling an order up to the point that it is processed. Please note that orders are processed, packaged and shipped very quickly. Once an order has been processed it can no longer be cancelled and will need to go through the returns process after it’s been received. For other inquiries, please contact us at email@example.com.
